Our website provides:

  • An AI events directory and event submission form
  • Sign in with LinkedIn for authentication
  • AI workflow tools and forms
  • A consulting/waitlist form for people interested in working with us

This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information across all of these features.

3. Information we collect

We collect information in the following ways:

a) Information from LinkedIn sign‑in

When you choose “Sign in with LinkedIn,” we receive, subject to your LinkedIn settings and their API:

  • LinkedIn unique ID
  • Name
  • Profile picture URL (if available)
  • Email address
  • Basic profile data such as headline and public profile URL (if provided)

We do not receive your LinkedIn password.

b) Event submissions

When you submit an event, we may collect:

  • Event title, description, and category
  • Date, time, and time zone
  • Location (physical or virtual)
  • Links (registration page, website, LinkedIn Event URL, etc.)
  • Organizer name and role
  • Any other details you choose to include in the form

Event details and organizer name/role may be displayed to other users or publicly, depending on how we configure the site.

c) AI workflows, forms, and consulting waitlist

When you interact with AI workflows, forms, or join a consulting waitlist, we may collect:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Company and role
  • Website or LinkedIn profile
  • Information about your business, goals, and automation needs
  • Any other information you submit in free‑text fields

d) Usage and technical information

We may automatically collect certain technical information when you use the site, such as:

  • IP address
  • Browser type and version
  • Device type and operating system
  • Pages viewed and actions taken
  • Timestamps and referring URLs

We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of data (e.g., health, financial account numbers, government IDs).

  • Communicate with you about your account, events, and important changes
  • Maintain and improve the website, diagnose problems, and prevent abuse or fraud

We do not sell your personal information.

  • Public event listings: Event details and organizer name/role you submit may be shown to other users or the public. We will not display your email address publicly unless you provide it in event fields meant for public contact.
  • Legal and safety reasons: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect our rights, users, or others.
  • Business transfers: In connection with any merger, sale, or transfer of assets, subject to this policy.

We do not share your LinkedIn login credentials. Authentication is handled by LinkedIn's systems.

7. Data storage and retention

  • We store data using cloud infrastructure, workflow tools (such as n8n), and connected databases.
  • We keep personal data only as long as necessary to provide the service and for legitimate business or legal purposes (such as security, backups, or accounting).
  • You may request deletion of your personal information; we will honor this where feasible and not in conflict with legal obligations.

We may use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Keep you signed in
  • Remember preferences
  • Improve site performance and security

We are not currently using Google Analytics or other third‑party analytics tools that set additional cookies. If we add analytics or other tracking in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, request your consent.

You can also revoke our access to your LinkedIn account via your LinkedIn settings at any time. This does not automatically delete the data we already store; contact us if you want that data deleted.
