I've spent 20+ years at the intersection of people, technology, and organizational change. I kept going, and People in the Loop, the national AI community and business I built, grew out of it. Today I'm a Claude practitioner and educator: I teach people to be the human in the loop for their own AI agents.
20+ years in enterprise technology adoption, much of it running Microsoft Copilot training at Fortune 500 companies. Microsoft certified me as an Immersion Experience Qualified Facilitator for that work.
I'm also an n8n Community Ambassador, a Miro Ambassador, and a Netlify Partner. I've spoken on AI adoption at RiseUp Summit (Cairo) and the Adobe Learning Summit, and I teach a published course on LinkedIn Learning, roughly 9,800 learners so far.
I write the In the Loop newsletter, a 39% average open rate, and I run a YouTube channel built around the same idea: show the real work, not a highlight reel.
