Credentials and speaking
I've spent 20+ years at the intersection of people, technology, and organizational change. I kept going, and People in the Loop, the national AI community and business I built, grew out of it. Today I'm a Claude practitioner and educator: I teach people to be the human in the loop for their own AI agents.
20+ years in enterprise technology adoption, including training 20,000+ employees on Microsoft Copilot at Fortune 500 companies. Microsoft certified me as an Immersion Experience Qualified Facilitator for that work.
I'm also an n8n Community Ambassador, a Miro Ambassador, and a Netlify Partner. I've spoken on AI adoption at RiseUp Summit (Cairo) and the Adobe Learning Summit, and I teach a published course on LinkedIn Learning, roughly 9,800 learners so far.
I write the In the Loop newsletter, a 39% average open rate, and I run a YouTube channel built around the same idea: show the real work, not a highlight reel.
