Release Updates
People in the Loop is in Beta. We ship often. Here's what's changed, what's improved, and what's on deck.
The first paid tier comes out of waitlist. Ava-powered brand intake, custom site template, content calendar, and Stripe checkout.
Browse other members by city, Atlanta area, and speaker interest. Avatars, titles, and links at a glance. Coming in the next few weeks.
Home, nav, hero, footer, About, Directory, Events, and Tools now all run on the navy surface scale. Primary buttons are solid orange (#F47A28) for clarity. The orange→pink gradient is reserved as a brand accent on card tops, the footer top strip, and gradient-text on key phrases.
Updated PITL wordmark in the nav, main logo in the footer and on the home hero, Nina's photo on the About page, and a white favicon set that actually reads in dark browser tabs.
Member cards now carry per-member gradient accent bars and match the brand card family. Filter toggles for Atlanta area, Speakers, and On LinkedIn. Join The Loop sits at the top of the page and at the bottom so newcomers see the path in.
Tools hero shows a calm floating cloud of nine core tools that power PITL. Tool cards below use bulleted 'Why we use it' and 'Not for you if' lists so you can scan quickly.
Every interior page now has the orange top-right corner glow, a subtle teal glow, and gradient-text on the key phrase in the H1. Section headings are left-aligned. Event filter pills are readable at rest without clicking.
Home flow is now Hero → Silicon South events → Explore Atlanta → Silicon South → Free Community. Featured event cards show a category-colored overlay on the photo, eyebrow labels like FREE · COMMUNITY, and an orange 'View details →' link.
Sign in with Google or email + password. Build out your profile with a photo, title, company, location, social links, and speaker interest toggle. The /join flow now creates a real account you can come back to.
Orange (#FF6B2C) is the new primary action color site-wide. Pink stays as an accent for active states and highlights. Typography and card patterns are unified across Resources, Tools, Events, Venues, and Vault.
Click an event card and the modal now gives the photo about 30% more space so event posters read cleanly.
Added an explicit Home link to the top navigation. The logo still works, but now there's a clear text link too.
