I'm Nina Thomas, an independent AI and change management consultant based in Atlanta. After years helping enterprise organizations navigate digital transformation, I went out on my own to do the work I actually care about: helping teams and businesses make AI work in practice, not just in theory.

I'm an n8n Ambassador and have been building automation workflows for consultants and businesses across Atlanta since before it was cool. I also run a LinkedIn newsletter and a growing community of AI-curious professionals.

People in the Loop started as my personal resource library: the events, tools, and workflows I was already tracking for myself. I built it into a public site because I kept sharing the same Google doc with other consultants who asked, "Where do you find this stuff?"
